• If you don't see your preferred time slot available when booking, please contact us through text, call, email, or chat.
• You can reach us at 918-933-0905 or via email at Rednosewellness@outlook.com. 
• Our hours are flexible, typically Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with Saturday and Sunday available by request. 
• We aim to respond within 24 hours, but often get back to you sooner. We can explore additional times or accommodations for you. 
• We offer both in-person and virtual services (Online) to better serve our customers.

Cancellation Policy: We request a 24-hour notice before your appointment, but we understand that unexpected situations can arise. Please just keep us informed! However, excessive cancellations without communication may lead to a decline of services and a referral to another provider who can better accommodate your needs.
